Last year when we made dill pickles we used dill weed in part, and in the other part we used Young Living Vitality Dill oil. The pickles made with the Young Living Vitality Dill oil taste much better!

As Halloween approaches its time to talk about special treats. I have been making Pumpkin Spice Muffins, which can be low calorie (this is a Weight Watcher recipe) if you leave off the icing. If you add the icing, it is full of calories. I made the muffins with icing so of course they were very fattening.
Today I woke up full of energy and decided that I wanted to pick apples (yes we have an apple tree!). I went out to the apple tree and picked several apples. After peeling, coring, and slicing, I tried to decide between applesauce and apple pie. My love for applesauce won out today!
